BEFORE the 6 week challenge I was struggling with my health and this was preventing me doing any kind of exercising, even walking.
DURING the challenge I went to 3 classes a week in the evening, even took my 2.5 year old.

What's the difference between this and other bootcamp?
Bootcamp FM is a fat loss bootcamp whereby all of our members enjoy fun, friendly, challenging and varied workouts. We offer 1-2-1 mindset coaching, nutrition plans, nights out, excursions and much more. Bootcamp FM is much more than a bootcamp, its a lifestyle. You will also have access to our closed membership site filled with fat burning recipes, tips, videos and motivational literature.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Don't worry our sessions ate designed for people who have not exercised for a while. You will soon find that your fitness will rapidly improve, it doesn't matter if you haven't trained for a while or you follow a regular exercise programme. Bootcamp FM will help you achieve your goals.
How does the guarantee work?
If you have followed our structured programme 100% and have not got great results, we will refund your investment.
How many sessions can I attend per week?
During the lockdown restrictions we are providing 12 sessions per week which are live streamed. However, once the restrictions are relaxed you can attend as many sessions as you like at any of our venues too.
What do I need to know before attending my first session?
Some of our sessions are outdoors so you will need to have warm clothing and bring fluid to drink. All of the equipment i.e exercise mate etc are all provided for you.
Will I be the unfittest/biggest one there?
 It doesn't matter!!
