BEFORE the 6 week challenge I was struggling with my health and this was preventing me doing any kind of exercising, even walking.
DURING the challenge I went to 3 classes a week in the evening, even took my 2.5 year old.
I planned, prepped and enjoyed the meals that were included in the plan
Enjoyed the social side to the exercise classes and the group support that was received everyday.
AFTER the challenge I am now aware of the healthy foods and the benefit this gives, the correct choices and how important drinking water is and how your body needs this.
I would recommend this boot camp, it gives you motivation, a challenge and you always find yourself pushing through what ever comes your way.
